Lyd – Watch Remote for Sonos
- No personal data is permanently stored or logged.
- Sonos authentication is handled via a web service; only non-identifiable temporary logs are created.
- QR login tokens are encrypted and deleted immediately after use.
- Audio messages recorded via Apple Watch are uploaded temporarily, protected with a one-time password, and auto-deleted after playback or within 10 minutes.
Menu Bar Controller for Sonos (MBC)
- No personal data is permanently stored or logged.
- Sonos authentication is handled via a web service; only non-identifiable temporary logs are created.
- Audio messages (from version 5.0 onward) require microphone access and are uploaded temporarily, protected with a one-time password, and deleted after playback or within 10 minutes.
- The MiniPlayer uses silent push notifications to stay updated; messages expire after 3 hours and are not stored permanently.
HRM Heart Rate Monitor
- No personal data is collected, stored, or logged.
- Basic anonymized crash diagnostics may be recorded using Firebase Crashlytics.
Mowbius - Lawn Care Management
- Personal user accounts and account-related information is managed and hosted by App All Day.
- Emails are delivered by App All Day.
- Basic anonymized crash diagnostics may be recorded using Firebase Crashlytics.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues in good faith. If unresolved, you may contact your local data protection authority. For EU users, this is your country's supervisory authority.
This policy is governed by the laws of Zurich, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
